1. What is Loco Cabs?

Loco Cabs is an online marketplace of taxi cab operators. Users can compare across multiple cab providers of radio cabs, outstation taxis, transfers and hourly packages based on availability and pricing. For radio cabs, users are referred to the chosen taxi provider app to complete the booking process.

For outstation, transfers and hourly packages, users can book directly through the Loco Cab android app.

Please not, We do NOT provide cab service; we simply enable users to make a more informed decision by providing multiple options for their ride requirement.

  1. Why should I book through Loco Cabs?

Loco Cabs enables users to make a more informed decision by providing multiple options of cab operators to choose from. Users can then choose and book based on cab availability, prices, amenities etc.  We also provide after sales service by following up with the taxi provider to ensure a smooth ride for the user. No need to juggle multiple apps for your cab requirement;

  1. Do I need to register to use Loco Cabs?

Yes, you will need to register on Loco Cabs to make a booking for outstation, transfers and packages. You can register with your email id or through Google + or Facebook. Your phone number is mandatory and will be verified through an OTP.

For radio cabs, you can use the skip option to know the available in-city point-to-point online service providers.

However, we recommend registering to make your booking process easier and keeping a track of all your previous and current rides and receipts.


  1. How do I book a cab on Loco Cabs?

Put in your source and destination addresses, get a list of cab providers based on availability, select the cab provider of your choice, book by making payments directly through the Loco Cabs app! Yes, its that easy! You will receive a confirmation email and sms as soon as an operator accepts your booking. The cab and driver details will be sent to you 1 hour prior to your travel time.

  1. How do I modify my booking?

You can modify a booking by calling us at +91-9028011022. The pick up-time cannot be advanced to a time which cannot give us at least 4 hours prior notice. Any modification, which is done less than 3 hours from the pick-up time, would need to be cancelled and rebooked. Your previous payment would be adjusted with the cancellation fee (if any) caused due to the last-minute modification.

  1. How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel a booking directly through the Loco Cabs app OR alternatively, give us a call at 9028011022 and we will help you out! You would need to give your booking id or phone number as reference.

You would need to pay the cancellation charges (if any) depending on the cancellation policy of the cab operator you have booked with. For bookings made through Loco Cabs, cancellations can be done ONLY through Loco Cabs and not the taxi provider/operator.

  1. Are there any charges for cancellation?

Each service provider has a cancellation policy. Please go through the cancellation policy before booking and making payments.

  1. What if I don’t turn up after the cab arrives at the pick up location?

This would be considered as a no-show from your end and cancellation charges (depending on the service provider) would apply.

  1. What if the driver doesn’t turn up?

  1. What is the lead time I need to provide to get an assured cab?

You would need to book atleast 4 hours prior to the pick up time. Please note some of the service providers accept bookings only 24 hours and more from your pick up time.


  1. Where can I give feedback regarding the service?

  1. Is the payment I make online safe?

  1. What are the payment methods available to me?

You can make payments by Debit Card, Credit Card or Netbanking. We do NOT accept cash.

  1. How are the various toll and parking fees calculated?

All tolls, parking, waiting and other miscellaneous charges would be charged to you on actual at the end of the journey. You may settle this with the driver in return for the relevant receipt. In case there is any discrepancy, please give us a shout on our helpline.

  1. I had problems while the payment was being made after I entered my credit card details. Have I been charged?
